"It was confirmed at November, 28, 2000. A rectangular panel with a ratio of width to length 2:3 which consists of two equal vertical parts - white from a staff and become blue from free edge, in the center - a board with the arms of area. The authors are O.A.Zhytnychenko and A.V.Zakorets'kyi; examination was lead by A.Grechylo.
The Milovs'kyi region is located in a northeast part of Luhans'ka oblast'. An administrative center of region is the settlement Milove on the Voronizh-Rostov-na-Donu railroad line. The name of settlement occurs from small river Milova. Milove became the center of region with 1924. In modern borders the territory of region was generated at December, 8, 1966. Into structure of area are one village and 6 rural councils which unite 33 settlements."
