Heraldry:
"It was confirmed at 2001. The rectangular panel with a
ratio of the sides as 2:3 is divided vertically into two equal
parts green (from a staff) and yellow colors, in a green half is
white head of a deer."

Heraldry:
"It was confirmed at 2001. The shield per fess embatted by
the vert and or. In the first part is argent head of a deer, in
the second part are two azure sickles with gules handles from top
to bottom, inverted by edges one to another. The authors are
V.Biloshapka, V.Lysenko, I.Lysenko. The board per fess on two
parts as the territory of area was always crossed by a line of
border. The forest-steppe here borders on steppe, there were
borders of the Kyivs'ka Rus' and the Wild Field, Poland and
Crimean khanat, Poland and Russia. The area was generated from
territories of two regions - Olexandivs'kyi and
Elysavethradkivs'kyi. The argent head of a deer means the name of
area which occurs from the name of an administrative centre of
Olexandrivka a figure of a deer having in the arms. Sickles are
symbol of agriculture, have been represented on the arms of the
Olexandria district to which the southern part of area once
belonged. The board is crowned by the crown, merlons of it are
formed by viburnum berries and leaves, and decorated with a
wheaten ear, sunflowers, and oak leaves which are twisted with a
dark blue tape with the or motto "TOGETHER TO GENERAL
WELFARE"."
