The flag of Ağrı Province (photo) is white with the provincial emblem. "Valiliği" means "Governorate".
The emblem, as well as the emblems of the town of Ağrı and of several other municipalities, features Mt. Ararat (5,137 m, Turkey's highest point), known in Turkish as Ağrı Dağı.
