This flag was recently commented on this list -- but I seem to be unable to pin down the exact reference.

It is a nine-striped rainbow flag with an over all white disc (covering all stripes, the top and bottom ones only about one-third) with the campaign logo on it -- photo of the planet Earth (just like John McConnell's Earth flag ("The authenic Earth flag") and purple lettering all over.
