Shield Or, divided by a bend sinister wavy Azure, charged with a bendlet sinister wavy Argent, in dexter chief an olive branch Vert fruited sable, in sinister base a pine branch Vert with cones Gules. Mural crown Argent with four visible towers and white scroll with inscription in black capitals "PINHEIRO DE COJA".
Meaning:
The pine tree (Port.: pinheiro) is a canting element, the other branch refers to the production of olive oil. The base wavy is representing Alva River.
