Shield Azure with base wavy of Argent and Azure, issuant from base a mount Argent, charged with a hammer sable set in fess, in chief a pair of keys crossed per saltire, the sinister bendy one Or and the bendy one Argent. Mural crown Argent with four visible towers (town rank) and white scroll with inscription in black capitals "ABRAGÃO".
Meaning:
The crossed keys are attributes of St. Peter, the local patron saint.
