Viatodos was one of the 44 communes of Barcelos Municipality affected by the 2013 changes. It had 1840 inhabitants in 2011 and covered 4,2 km².

Shield Vert, on base a winged arm Argent with sleeve Or holding a pen of the same, on dexter chief point a millstone Argent, on sinister chief point a windmill wheel Or with vanes and cord Argent. Mural crown Argent with three visible towers (village rank) and white scroll with inscription in black capitals "GRIMANCELOS".
Meaning:
The winged hand with pen is an attribute St. Matthew the Evangelist, the local patron saint. Millstone and mill wheel are alluding to agriculture and the production of cereals.

Shield Argent with base wavy of Azure and Argent a red kite volant Sable garnished Or and armed Gules, on dexter chief an orbicular cross Gules, on sinister chief a cross patty Gules charged with a Greek cross Argent. Mural crown Argent with three visible towers (village rank) and short white scroll, in Bénard-Guedes style, with inscription in black capitals "MINHOTÃES".
Meaning:
The kite (Portuguese : milhafre or minhotão , Latin: Milvus milvus) is a canting element. The orbicular cross is that one of the Order of the Temple, the cross patty that one of the Order of the Knights of Christ.

Shield Argent, issuant from base a mountain Vert, crowned by an embattled tower sable, masoned Argent with port and windows Or, flanked by a rooster Gules at dexter and a crescent recumbent Azure at sinister. Mural crown Argent with three visible towers (village rank) and white scroll with inscription in black capitals "MONTE DE FRALÃES".
Meaning:
Rooster and crescent are representing courage, vigilance and the victory over the Moors. The tower is reminding on the so called "loft of the Correiras". The commune's history is connected with that one of the Correias kin, whose first chief had been Dom Paio Ramires, a rich noblemamn in times of King Afonso VI of Leon. His successor was Dom Soeiro Paus Correia, who fought the Moors in Montmor-o-Velho.
