Shield Vert, abased an oak Argent and the trunk surrounded by a royal coronet Or, flanked by two rams passant addorsed Argent, on chief a corn cob Or between two grape bunches Or leafed Argent. Mural crown Argent with three visible towers (village rank) and long white scroll as often used by united communes, reading in black upper case serifed letters "UNIÃO DAS FREGUESIAS DE BUSTELO, CARNEIRO E CARVALHO DE REI".
Meaning:
Grapes and corn are taken from the arms of former Bustelo Commune, the canting rams (Portuguese: carneiros) from those of former Carneiro Commune, oak and coronet, also canting, from those of former Carvalho de Rei Commune, meaning the king´s oak.
