Arms and flag adopted on February 26, 2003 (resolution # V/22/2003).
"Arms: shield divided horizontally into two parts by five black
lines. on the upper field, blue and yellow, is a golden wheat stalk.
On the lower, green field there is a small red shield with the Piast
(Princely - uncrowned) white eagle facing to (heraldic) right.
Flag: rectangular in dimensions of the height being 2/3 of the length.
Flag has three colors based on those of the Arms.
The color bands are slanted: the large yellow middle band runs down
from the upper border. The triangular corner bands are green (lower) and
light blue (upper).
The elements of the Arms are placed in the middle of the yellow field
of the flag separated by the five black lines on white background. The
upper edge of those
lines forms the horizontal middle of the flag."
