The flag of the Village of Spaubeek, within the Municipality of Beek, can be seen in this video, around 10:51 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bHW7sDMaVi4
The arms are described in Ralph Hartemink's website as:
In gold Saint Laurentius, wearing an upper garment at his throat, decorated with gold and an undergarment of black, with head and hands of natural color, the head surrounded by a nimbus; in the left hand he holds a grid of saber and in the right hand, on a ribbon of gules and gold, the coat of arms of the former counts of Geleen, being quartered: I and IV of gules, loaded with an eight-headed snake cross of silver; II and III of silver, loaded with 3 disks of gules, placed 2 and 1.
The flag is quartered yellow and white with the shield centered and the name
below in black.
