It is a green flag divided by a downward pointing wedge shaped like an
equilateral or at least nearly equilateral triangle. The wedge is white with
three blue wavy fessy lines. It seems as they tried to keep the shape of the
wedge given in the coat of arms.
Meaning:
The wedge is symbolizing the bay
surrounded by green land.
