Located in Abiko City Chiba Prefecture and established in 1966. The embroidered ceremonial flag has light purple background with a gold emblem and horizontally written gold kanji university name in gold fringe. The university flag has reddish purple background with a white emblem and horizontally written white kanji university name. The university emblem is stylized kanji 大學 university.
