The house flag of Prekomorska plovidba, as shown by Isaić [isa01], is red with a blue six-pointed star in the middle, thus virtually the same as the house flag of Ungaro-Croato Libera.

Ugarsko-hrvatsko dioničarsko društvo za slobodnu plovidbu / Società in Azioni Ungaro-Croato per la Navigazione Libera was established in 1899 by Croatian owners from Rijeka, the coast and Zagreb in Sušak, the part of the port of Rijeka governed by Croatia the coast and Zagreb. In 1914, the company operated six ships. After the first World War, it was renamed Prekomorska plovidba, retaining virtually the same flag.
The house flag of Ungaro-Croato Libera, as shown by Isaić [isa01], is blue with a red six-pointed star in the middle.
