Zone of the Enders is a science-fiction video game and anime series, set in the outer solar system in the late 2100s.These flags come from a sequel, Z.O.E. 2167: IDOLO. The plot involves the secret pursuit of a dangerous project by the colonial authorities of Mars as part of a long-term plan to gain independence from Earth. For a summary, go to the AniDb website.
In the series, "Enders" is a derisive term for people who live in the
space colonies — the "ends of the universe."

A gilt-bordered flag with a black sun
surrounded by four planetary orbits — for the 4th planet, I assume — on
the right side and a red circle with white initials "UCM" on the left.
Not very inventive.

The Bufram Militia is nominally the colonial auxiliary of the UN Space
Force although in practice it is a front for the Martian indepedentists.
Identically gilt-bordered flag, with what looks like a downward-aiming,
winged, dark-red arrow.

A square, black-bordered dark-blue flag, with a black
planet and white moon+orbit over black caption "UNSF." The UNSF are the
villains (at least in IDOLO). They are made out to be rather jingoistic
and vicious.
