Shield parted per fess; above Vert, a saint issuant Argent, nimbed Or and holding a book Gules and two stones Or by his left hand; beneath Argent a cockle boat Vert.
Meaning:
The saint is St. Stephen, name giver and local patron saint, recognisable by his attributes stones and book. The boat is representing Hofleiten and Schloßberg, the location of the former Rosenheim Castle. The boat is also alluding to shipping and fishing on the inn River. The green colour is stressing the rural character.
