Meaning:
The lozenges are taken from the arms of the Benedictine Attel Abbey, which owned large estates in Pfaffing, Farrach and Ebrach. The lion appears in the arms of the founder of the Rott (upon Inn) Abbey since the middle of the 15th century. The abbey owned large estates in Pfaffing, Lehen and Steinhart.
