Shield parted per pale Sable and Argent, two axes in fess in counterchanged colours.
Meaning:
The municipal arms display the family arms and seal of the Knights of Adelshofen, who ruled the village from the 13th until the 16th century as commissionaires of the Andechs kin. The two axes addorsed are of that type used by headsmen. They are alluding to a local medieval court, located under two lindens.
