Description of the flag

I was able to recreate the flag for the rural community of Carp, Ontario after finding a photo of their flag. Here the Wikipedia page on Carp, Ontario.
The flag is blue with an orange carp, and the name below in white, carrying a maple leaf to fill the void of the letter A.

The text is at the very bottom of the flag and the carp's right fin should be at the top of the A.
