The flag of Entre Rios is diagonally divided yellow-green from the upper hoist to the lower fly, charged with a yellow lozenge inscribing the municipal coat of arms.

The crystal in the center of the arms recalls that Entre Rios is known as Santa Caterina's Gem Capital, being the only place of gem extraction, mostly amethyst, in the state.

Description of the Flag

A blue-red-green tricolour with the municipal arms in the centre in a white shield.

The flag of Dona Emma is prescribed by Municipal Law No. 1,568 promulgated on 10 December 2018.

Article 1.
The flag of the municipality of Dona Emma shall have the following composition.
I - Three horizontal stripes of equal width, the upper king blue, the central red, and the lower, forest green.
II - The stripes shall be superimposed by a white classical shield.
III - The shield shall be charged in the center with the coat of arms of the municipality.

Article 2.
The dimensions of the flag of the municipality shall be identical to those prescribed for the national flag.
