Burgenland is home to more than 8,000 ethnic
Hungarians. More than 30% of the
inhabitants live in four settlements: Unterwart/Alsóor, Oberwart/Felsoor,
Oberpullendorf/Felsopulya and Siget in der Wart/Orisziget. They use the Hungarian flag on the Hungarian national
holidays.

As far as I know, Croats in Burgenland consider themselves Croatians, and use
Croatian flag or variation without the "crest" and
smaller shield often in home made flags, though they may be some
local flags. However, such flags would not be the national flags,
but the flags of their societies and such. I believe that Burgenland Croat communities at least have
several flags of their cultural societies. But, as I said, they
can't be considered national flags.

Here is the website devoted to the symbols of
Slovenians in Carinthia.
On the start page is shown the coat of arms in full colours. It depicts the so-called "Princes' Stone" -
place where Princes of Slovenians in the time of Karantanija's existence were crowned.
The second page http://www.fuerstenstein.at/grb/C36
gives us a b/w picture of the vertical version of the flag and a description of
it:
"The flag is blue with the coat of arms in the middle of it. Rectangular flag with 1:2 ratio. The height of the
coat of arms shouldn't be more then one third of the width of the flag."
