Description of the flag

The flag is a buttermilk field with a white outline of the township's borders. Overlaying the outline is the township name in black with a white-orange outline with small beveling on it corners. In the center is a wavy line which represents Mount Cobb. The line stretches from the silhouette of a black bear to the edge of a pine tree. Between the two objects is the county name in red. Under the "Township" in the township name is the establishment year of 1836.
