I saw the new flag for this agency on the news last night. It is formerly the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco & Firearms of the US Dept of the Treasury.

The background is national flag blue. The new ATF seal is in the center: www.atf.gov/graphics/mast_seal.gif. A gold scroll with indeterminate inscription curves around the bottom of the above seal.

I finally located an image of the U.S. Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (ATF) Flag before 2003 when it was part of the Treasury Department.

This is my reconstruction of the ATF flag now, I used the ATF seal from Wikipedia and the scroll from the Dept of Justice flag. I believe the scroll has the full name of the ATF on it and possibly 1972 the year it was formed as a separate agency, but it is hard to view, I have left it as is for now because I cannot make more detailed lettering using Paint.
