On Reddit on the r/Vexillology subreddit I came across a post with the title:
"Flag of the Town of Glasgow, West Virginia". It had the tag of "In the wild",
which is a tag used for photos of flags. As it turns out, this was not a flag,
but a welcome sign. The contributor had cropped the photo and posted it
presenting it as a real town flag. I have commented on it with the source
showing the exact uncropped photo of the welcome sign of Glasgow. It does appear
that people, unfortunally, believed him. Hopefully my comment will prevent
others who come across it from believing this as a real flag.
