Description of the flag

The current flag of Puyallup can be seen in a video of an October 2024 city council meeting: https://www.youtube.com/watch?app=desktop&v=XXwxmsRpcOc

The current flag includes a seal that has been used since about 2013: https://www.facebook.com/photo/?fbid=475617439190198&set=a.220558933438937

However, according to Tulika Makharia, a Performance Management Analyst in the City Manager's Office, a previous flag was used in early 2024 in the city council chamber and for the Parade of Flags of the Association of Washington Cities conference because the current flag had become damaged and was in the process of being replaced.
