The flag of the Delaware State Police was pulled from the Delaware State Police Museum website www.delawaretrooper.com/museum/Museum_store.htm and converted to fit FOTW standards.
According to en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Delaware_State_Police: "The Delaware State Police (DSP) is a division of the Delaware Department of Public Safety and Homeland Security and is responsible for traffic regulation and law enforcement across the state of Delaware, especially in areas underserved by local police departments. The DSP is headquartered in the capital Dover, Delaware."
The flag's field is the same shade of blue as the Delaware state flag. The DSP badge is displayed in the center of the flag, with a gold horizontal stripe through the center of the flag. Above the badge is the word "DELAWARE" and below the badge are the words "ESTABLISHED" and "APRIL 28, 1923" all in the same color as the stripe. The stripe contains the words "STATE" and "POLICE" in dark blue on either side of the badge.
