Description of the flag

The flag of Prospect features the town seal. Mayor Chatfield asked me to relay to you that he is always available to speak to you about the flag. The flag features the "Soldiers Memorial" which is on the Town Green; a waterwheel to represent that at one time many factories in Town ran on power generated by waterwheels; and, a plow to represent that Prospect was once a farming community.
