The flag is a white field with the city seal in the center.
Formerly a
census-designated place, it became California's newest city since 2011 following
a referendum on cityhood. Cityhood was fully organized on the first of July,
2024. Although the city seal was used previously by the Mountain House Community
Services District, unsure whether the flag was used prior to incorporation.

The seal depicts one of the community's bridges which is imprinted with the
year "2004" in Roman numerals MMIV, unsure as to what significance that year is
for. The bridge crosses over a small creek, and above the bridge is a kite.
