The Devrek Chamber of Commerce and the Karadeniz Ereğli Chamber of Commerce were united under Zonguldak Chamber of Commerce in 1928 and 1932, respectively, due to the decision of the Ministry of Finance. In 1986, a Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Devrek Ticaret ve Sanayi Odası; website) was established in Devrek again. Members from Devrek who were registered with the Zonguldak Chamber of Commerce and Industry were transferred to Devrek Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
The flag of the Devrek Chamber of Commerce and Industry (photo, photo, photo) is white with the organization's emblem. The name of the organization is sometimes written in red capital letters beneath the logo (photo, photo, photo).
