Description of the flag

Oktyabr'skiy County is part of Amurskaya Region and has 13 municipalities. Its symbols were adopted on 01.12.2005.

The flag is a rectangular panel with a width-to-length ratio of 2:3, divided into five vertical stripes—red, yellow, light blue, yellow, and red, with an area ratio of 4:4:11:4:4. The light blue stripe features the coat of arms in white and yellow: three stars above two crossed sickles.

In an azure (blue, light blue) field between the dissected narrow edges of the shield, gules (red) on the outside and gold on the inside - two facing silver jagged sickles with gold handles, crossed with handles, the upper one with the handle down and to the right, the lower one - up and to the right; at the head - three golden eight-pointed stars in a row.
