The flag is white with a blue disc slightly shifted to top. The disc is fimbriated green at hoist and red at fly, the colours of the national flag, on centre a yellow inscription "FPLA", exceeding the disc a yellow torch flamed red at top and at bottom a white shield charged with five blue inescutcheons in cross, each one charged with a quina. Beneath centred is the full name in blue, divided into two lines.
