It is an untypical Portuguese communal flag, with the shield of the arms centred on a plain white field, but having neither mural crown nor scroll but wreath of corn plants Vert fruited Or instead.

Coat of Arms

Shield Gules fimbriated Or, on chief two bull´s heads proper (light orange Maron) armed Argent and connected by a yoke Sable, on base a chestnut twig Vert fruited Maron and flanked by two embowed corn plants Vert fruited Or, on centre two little clouds addorsed Argent with face. Mural crown with three visible towers (village rank) and short white scroll, in Bénard Guedes style, reading in black upper case serifed letters "FREGUESIA DA ISNA".

Presentation of Isna

Isna Commune is one of the ten communes of the Oleiros municipality; it had 163 inhabitants in 2011 and covers 27,6 km².
