The new commune has just a logo displaying the coats if arms of its former communes ordered 2:1 . Perhaps there is also an unofficial logo flag having the same design.
The united commune of Alandroal (Nossa Senhora da Conceiço), São Brás dos Matos (Mina do Bugalho) and Juromenha (Nossa Senhora do Loreto) was created on 28 January 2013, later start using shorter name Union of the Alandroal, Sao Bras dos Matos and Juromenha, and currently using name Union of the Communes of Alandroal. Its first logo shows the coats of arms of three united communes, but later was adopted completely new logo.

Shield Purpure with base wavy of Argent and Azure, an embattled tower Argnt masoned Gules with port and windows of the same, hanging down from embattlements a broken chain Or on either side, above from base wavy hammer and mallet Argent hilted Or set in saltire, on chief a Marian crown Or flanked by two oleander blossoms Argent. Mural crown Argent with three visible towers (village rank) and white scroll reading in black upper case serifed letters "UNIÃO DAS FREGUESIAS DE ALANDROAL (NOSSA SENHORA DA CONCEIÇÃO), SÃO BRÁS DOS MATOS (MINA DO BUGALHO) E JUROMENHA (NOSSA SENHORA DO LORETO)".
Meaning:
The base wavy is a representation of the Guadiana River, which is the border to Spain. The tower with chains represents former Juromenha Commune, the tools former São Brás dos Matos Commune (its alternative name had been Mina do Bugalho), Marian crown and blossoms represent former Nossa Senhora da Conceiçao Commune.

Alandroal, São Brás dos Matos e Juromenha is the only commune of Alandroal Municipality created by a merger during the 2013 changes. It had 2055 inhabitants in 2021 and covers 259,58 km².

Shield Azure, a Marian crown Or, surrounded in orle by eight oleander blossoms Argent, the blossom in central chief is charged with a cross fleury Vert. Mural crown Argent with three visible towers (village rank) and white scroll with inscription in black capitals "ALANDROAL - NOSSA SENHORA DA CONCEIÇÃO".
Meaning:
The crown is referring to Our Lady of Conception, the local patron saint. The cross is referring to the Order of the Knights of Avis. The blossoms of oleander (Portuguese: aloendro) are canting. Furthermore oleander is a local flower.

Alandroal (Nossa Senhora da Conceiço) was one of the three communes of Alandroal Municipality affected by the 2013 changes. It had 1873inhabitants in 2011 and covered 164,0 km².

Meaning:
The 2nd name of the commune means "miscellaneous mine". All the charges thus refer to mining.

The tower, usually an attribute of Sta. Barbara, here probably just refers to Juromenha fortress.
