Białopole - rural commune, Chełm County, Lubelskie Voivodship.
The Arms and flag were adopted by the Bialopole Commune Council in
the resolution # XXXII/156/06 dated October 25, 2006, but that resolution
was repealed by another one: # IV/18/07 of March 6, 2007, which, I guess,
means that the Arms and flag were tossed to the waste basket.
In that case it is curious to see the Arms still adorning the actual
webpage of the Office of the Commune's Council - was it reinstated?
Wikipedia has it too at this date.
The fate of the flag is unknown, as it is not mentioned anywhere.
I did already inquire at the Commune's office what is going on, and
hope to get an authoritative answer before you will get to editing this
particular page.
There is no description of the symbols available, but the amendment
to the resolution of 2006 shows proofs of both, Arms and flag.
