Arms and flag adopted on September 28, 2001 (resolution # XV/126/2001).
"Arms: On silver (white) shield there is a black bear standing on green
hill.
On the bear's right is a bee skep (beehive) and, on the left, a red
town tower with open gate.
Flag in colors of red, yellow and green, arranged in equal horizontal
bands."
