Description of the flag

While I am not certain of when the flag changed, this local source shows the flag as a Myanmar-flag pattern with the Region's seal in the center. It is of note the stripes on the flag is in a Spanish-fess style where the middle green is twice the size of the top yellow and bottom red. Some sources say the flag was present in early 2022.
