Flag of Ulcinj

The symbols of Ulcinj are described in Article 10 of the Municipal Statutes Statut Opštine Ulcinj (text) as follows:

The coat of arms has the shape of a shield on which are figuratively blend together all the symbols typical of the town of Ulcinj: an old town with a stone in the foundations of the shore, the sun symbol above the Old Town, twigs of olive tree with fruits, an old Illyrian boat with a wolf's head facing the boat, a coat of gold beheaded.
The flag []photo] of the municipality is white with the coat of arms of the municipality in the middle.
