About the flag

The symbols of the Soroca district were approved by the decision of the District Council No. 14/2 of December 29, 2004 and approved by the National Heraldry Commission.

Based on materials from the Soroca District Council website.

The flag was published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova 2015. November XXII, 6 March.

The flag is vertically divided by an embattled line of division white toward the hoist and the remaining field horizontally divided red-yellow-red.
