The district flag was designed by S. Andriesh-Tabac and Ion Stan. Artist -
Marianna Shlapak. The flag and coat of arms were approved by the District
Council on March 6, 2008 and approved by the National Heraldry Commission on May
23, 2008. The flag consists of three vertical stripes: blue, white, blue, with a
yellow crossed cross in the canton.
The materials of the book "SIMBOLURILE NATIONALE ALE REPUBLICII MOLDOVA"
were used
The flag was published in the "Monitorul Oficial al Republicii
