To quote the Lithuanian Heraldry Commission at https://www.facebook.com/photo?fbid=442116791288888&set=pcb.442123567954877, "Three Vilnius' palms are displayed as charges. The tradition of Vilnius' palm production claims to be included in the UNESCO list of intangible heritage."
