Description

The new (2003) union of the two former Local Councils situated on Mount Karmel (or Carmel), yet unofficially, adopt the name Ir Ha'Karmel (City of the Karmel).
Daliyat El-Karmel was Local Council since 1951. Isfiya was also Local Council since 1951.
After the unification both become to be the first Druze municipality in Israel.
No information about symbols yet. The municipal site [retrieved] shows no symbols whatsoever as of now.
