The flag of Cuellaje is horizontally divided green-yellow-celestial blue
(2:1:1). The green stripe is a symbol of dedication to the natural environment,
to life and to biodiversity resources. It is also a symbol of youth, loyalty,
hope, liberty, confidence and safety. The yellow stripe is a symbol of the
people's ardour, optimism and kindness, as well as of the resources of the soil.
The blue stripe is a symbol of pure air and of the crystalline water of
the rivers.
