It is a horizontal 6-stripes flag with alternating blue and white stripes starting with a white one. The flag has a red canton with two crossed white keys.

Regensburger RC

The flag was horizontally divided by four stripes alternating of blue and white. On ared canton were two white keys in saltire from the city coat of arms.

Established: 28 Mar 1901
Dissolved: unknown
The white flag was parted by a white bend sinister fimbriated black with black inscription "T.R.C.R. 1901". The white canton was separated by black edges and charged with six blue bends, on lower fly the city arms in bend on a targe.
