Shield Argent with irregular base Vert; issuant from base a pear tree proper with five pears Or, ordered 1:2:2
Meaning:
The municipality procured a proper seal with the current pattern just before the beginning of WW2, which had however never been approved officially. The arms are considered to be canting, as the name of the municipality means "place of the pear tree". Furthermore the tree is alluding to the importance of local fruit-growing.
