Shield Gules, a ducal coronet Or filled Azure with a wreath of (non-heraldic) ermines.
Meaning:
The coronet is alluding to the Duchess Hedwig (died 994), who resided on the Hohentwiel Mountain and owned estates in the village. The arms are based on a draft from 1912.

The arms were confirmed on 12 September 1955 by Minister of Interior of Baden-Württemberg. The banner was approved on 20 June 1961 by Minister of Interior of Baden-Württemberg, published in GABl 571/1961.
