Uehlfeld Coat of Arms

Shield parted per pale, at dexter quartered of Argent and Sable, at sinister Or two bars chequered of Gules and Argent.
Meaning:
The dexter half displays the arms of the Burgraves of Nürnberg, who ruled the village since the 13th century. The village was enfeoffed several times to other noblemen, but in 1648 the Margraves of Bayreuth gained direct control and incorporated the village into the Dachsbach District (Amt). Among the vassals of the Zollern kin the Stewards of Wetzhausen had been the most important kin. They had been related to the village between 1433 and 1592. The sinister half displays their family arms.

The arms were approved on 21 March 1956 by Minister of Interior of Bayern. The banner was never approved officially.
