Description of coat of arms:
In a golden (=yellow) field is a red 2-leveled tower masoned black and topped by a red fleur de lis.
Meaning:
According to source the tower is symbolizing the fortress guarding the ford at Nier creek, which had been erected in the 14th (?) century. The lily had replaced a glaive, a kind of lance head, which was known from seals since about 1300.
