Here is the flag of the municipality of Skalka u Doks, Liberec region (Česká Lípa okres) in Czechia. The flag was approved 5 October 2004, and published in Petr Exner's Vexillological Lexicon of Czech municipal flags 2004.
Description: diagonally divided blue and white; in the top quarter three
yellow linden-leaves placed 2,1; in the fly a blue 6-pointed star; in the
bottom quarter a yellow lion's claw; and in the hoist quarter a blue Maltese
cross.

Another one, this time from the municipality of Tuhaň (which is Indonesian
for "bwana") in Liberec region (okres Česká Lípa), granted 27 February
2004 and published in Petr Exner's Vexillological Lexicon of Czech municipal
flags 2004.
Description: five horizontal stripes of blue and white; a yellow hoist-triangle,
and a blue one inside that, charged with a white scythe; in top and bottom
fly a yellow cross.
