The coat of arms of Milići (image) is prescribed by Decision Odluka o o izboru simbola - grba opštine Milići, adopted on 29 December 2005 by the Municipal Council and published in the Municipal official gazette Službeni glasnik opštine Milići.

The coat of arms is "Argent a chevron per chevron abased tenne and azure and in the former miner's hammers issuant throughout of the first and in the chief also azure a label of the first".
The reddish colour, named in the Decision as "dusky orange" (or "murky orange"), is intended to represent the colour of bauxite ore, which is of primary importance to the local industry. It seems that this "dusky orange" is most often interpreted to be simple red.
The label in the chief represents a bridge, while the miner's hammers symbolize, of course, mining traditions. The blue chevron stands for the natural wealth of the municipality ("natural potentials, first of all rivers and woods"). The white field represents ecological pureness.
