Antonio Džolan won the public competition for the design of the coat of arms and flag of Bosansko Grahovo Municipality.

In the open competition for participation in the development of the conceptual solution of the coat of arms and flag published by the Municipality of Bosansko Grahovo on August 19, 2021, and according to the decision of the three-member jury, the best conceptual and graphic solution was submitted under the code AAAAA.

The conceptual solution is the work of Antonio Džolano, a native of Bugo, otherwise an academic sculptor and second-year graduate student of Graphic Design at the Academy of Fine Arts Široki Brijeg University in Mostar. The completed conceptual solution symbolizes the historical, cultural and natural heritage of Bosansko Grahovo Municipality: the mountains Uilica, Staretina, Jadovnik, Šator and Dinara, then Momčil's tower, Šatory Lake and mountain eelgrass. Bosansko Grahovo municipality received a coat of arms and a flag after 27 years, confirmed the mayor of the municipality, UroÅ¡ Äuran. - The new municipal signs, coat of arms and flag symbolize the historical, cultural and natural heritage of our municipality - the mountains Uilica, Staretina, Jadovnik, Å ator and Dinara, then MomÄilova kula, Å atorsko lake and mountain eel - said Äuran. According to him, at the recent session of the Municipal Council of Bosanski Grahov, the Decision on the appearance of the coat of arms and the flag of the municipality was adopted, and in the coming days they will work on making a decision on the Day of the Municipality. One of the symbols of the coat of arms of the municipality of Bosansko Grahovo is the medieval fortress MomÄilova kula in the village of Preodac. The remains of the medieval tower have not yet been explored, so it is not known exactly who and when built this fortification.
