Coat of Arms

The coat of arms was granted on 24 May 2007; it is found in State Official Gazette Resolution No. 305 of the same year. At the same time, the state government granted its silver-blue-green colors. Banner and flag adoption date unknown; it uses the colors: white and blue. Blazon as translated: "In silver, on a shield base covered with three blue waves, a green bridge broken by a right step, adjoining." The bridge is probably for the entrance to the town.
